SENIOR_ASSEMBLERNoblesville, IN, USAPURPOSEThe purpose of the position is to perform tasks to ensure all work instructions related to the assembly of standard SMC product and simple to complex specials are followed while directing the activities of an assigned value stream. This position will also possess the capability to perform basic problem solving and provide feedback for improvement to SMC management and assist inthe training of established processes with less experienced assembly positions.
